Although NEIDITZ handles much of its own Leasing , we are proud of our historic relationship with the brokerage community. After all, it’s the brokers who have helped us consistently maintain an occupancy rate in excess of 90%. We welcome and recognize all brokers who help us reach our primary goal of enhancing tenant mix and adding to our portfolio.

Real Estate Investments are inherently speculative. But we have always sought to minimize the risk for ourselves, our partners and our clients. Our impressive roster of Long Term Tenants gives us the stability and peace of mind that, quite frankly, we prefer.
